Nightfall is time-bound and may be unavailable outside open hours, during maintenance, or when systems fail. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the service evolves.

Nightfall may include sponsor placements or external links. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside Nightfall.

You may request account deletion from settings where available. We may retain limited information when needed for security, moderation, service integrity, legal compliance, or to preserve other people's conversation context.
